Our housing programs serve seniors, veterans, low-income individuals, and those at risk of homelessness, ensuring everyone has a place to call home.

Housing Programs Offered:

Serenity Rooms (Private Rooms)
  • What We Offer:
    Our Serenity Rooms provide private, comfortable living spaces designed for individuals who value their independence. These rooms are part of our housing program that supports personal growth with additional services like life skills training and job readiness.

  • Who It’s For:
    Seniors, veterans, and individuals in need of affordable private housing, combined with support services.

Unity Rooms (Semi-Private Rooms)

  • What We Offer:
    Our Unity Rooms offer semi-private living spaces at a reduced cost, fostering a community environment. These rooms are ideal for individuals looking to participate in our program, which also includes training in life skills and access to temporary staffing opportunities.

  • Who It’s For:
    Low-income individuals, veterans, and those in need of affordable shared housing, with access to our program’s additional support services.

Transitional and Long-Term Housing

  • What We Offer: We collaborate with local housing providers to offer both transitional and long-term housing options. These programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families.

Workforce Housing Program

  • What We Offer: Housing Provided with acceptance into our job training program. Our Workforce Housing Program offers affordable housing options to individuals accepted into our job training programs. By combining stable housing with career development opportunities, we empower participants to build a strong foundation for long-term success and independence.

Note: You must register and attend our introduction workshop to be eligible. These workshops are offered in-person and virtual.
